L’atelier Emploi et Innovations Managériales travaille en équipe pour favoriser :
Les partenariats avec les acteurs de l’emploi locaux comme Pole Emploi, Mission Locale et autres structures d’accompagnement,
Les échanges entre dirigeants et professionnels des Ressources humaines,
La mise en place d’actions spécifiques Managériales et Humaines auprès des adhérents du Club des entreprises de Bordeaux.
Chaque adhérent du club est invité à s’investir auprès de l’Atelier ProRH pour faire naître des nouvelles actions.
